ago...but came to celebrate their deep roots.
It was a shout out to local community and
a time for stories to be shared....a tremendous
effort by those who helped engineer the event.
After this week's earthquake, I saw local fire depts.
Policing going on...
There when you need them, and even when you
don't.
And when you need to get away from it all, Vroman's bookstore, which has maintained it's readers and independence
an oasis in the midst of any turmoil.
