It's easy to head for home on a no-traffic day,all the people have gone on their Thanksgiving
breaks, it is just locals setting out to drive.
And while I like to be surrounded by a
serene environment for a great Thanksgiving
dinner, it occured to me that I really just
craved more home-spun choices.
And in an attempt to
combine them both,we cut away from the
well - appointed
servings, and made it towards some
more industrial
strength fare.
