Birthday week - Hollywood Bebel and Cirque du Soleil Kazoom

December is birthday month...got to celebrate for a full week.


From Hollyweird to hear sweet Brazilian music, Bebel Gilberto



























The Capital Records building a glow in red lights.









Rain and then bursts of sun,
brought people out.



















"Kooza" has a 10 year run that Cirque du Soleil performs.














Balancing acts and feats no human can really try at home.






































































































A wickedly funny circus enchantment at Santa Monica Pier....






and I relished the roar of the greasepaint and the smell of the crowd....

albeit one year older.

A hallmark of theirs, aside from the Cher dessert, is the Bacon-maple donut...A load crunch and sweet, that was not so delish...


Even our waiter, applauded us for leaving off after one bite.

Our super proficient driver, Suzanna at the helm...careened around downtown like nobody's business....a head for directions that could stifle any GPS.



I liked our final stop to eat up some luscious red velvet cake....
